Dictionarily, Propaganda is any promulgation of any opinion. I prefer a more restricting definition of Govt. Promulgation, or any demonstrable False declaration of objectivity. If you define News (Dictionarily falsely) as synonymous with stark objective fact distribution, no one meets that criteria.
